The hospitality sector employs 3.2 million people, representing 10% of all employment, 6% of businesses, and 5% of GDP. The sector is critical to the UK economy and continues to grow. This course enables students to understand and evaluate business management concepts while preparing for the hospitality industry through case studies, guest speakers, and off-site visits, fostering both academic and practical knowledge in business and hospitality management.
