Course Overview

The BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management degree is designed to provide students with the essential skills for managing people and organisations. Accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), this course prepares students for the professional challenges of HRM roles across various industries. Graduates will be well-equipped to pursue careers in HR and people management, thanks to the degree's industry-relevant curriculum and transferable skills.

Entry Requirements

To apply for the BSc (Hons) Human Resource Management course, you must have:

  • A recognised level 3 qualification from the UK, or
  • Any level 3 international qualification (compared through Ecctis).

Mature students (over 21 years of age) without level 3 qualifications must demonstrate an interest in HRM and complete the following:

  • An interview
  • An assessment test
  • An admission assessment form (RPEL)

All non-UK qualifications will be compared through Ecctis, and translation may be required if the qualification is not in English and not comparable through Ecctis.
